Registration Information

To register for TVA, contact Mrs. Erika Kindoll, TVA coordinator at Email Mrs. Erika Kindoll or call 610-488-6286 ext 2082.

If your student is not a current Tulpehocken Area School District student or he/she currently is home-schooled or attends a cyber charter school, the parent/guardian will need to register the student using the online registration portal on the TASD website. Please call Judy Strausser at 717-933-4611 ext. 1006 if you have any questions about registration.

Please visit the pages for each of the TVA providers that are available (located along the top menu of this page).  Each provider has different courses to offer and benefits.  The TVA coordinator can help you with making a decision on which provider would be best for your student.  There are cases where students, particularly at the high school level, may need to use more than 1 provider in a given school year in order to meet all of Tulpehocken's graduation requirements. Any questions on providers should be directed to Mrs. Kindoll.

If a student will not be a full-time TVA student at home, please indicate this when registering with Mrs. Kindoll. Parents are responsible for transportation in the case of a part-time enrollment with TVA.  Bus transportation is only at the regularly scheduled time.  Please consult Mrs. Kindoll to see if part-time/hybrid enrollment would be feasible depending on the classes scheduled for online vs. in the building.

It can take 2 business days or more to have a student begin TVA after the enrollment form is received and registration is complete.  Enrollment may be limited to beginning of new marking periods to minimize transition.  A student schedule will be generated and a TVA orientation meeting will be scheduled.  This orientation will take approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour.  Students will be receive login information, TVA equipment, and student responsibilities will be discussed.  A parent or guardian must be present to sign for the equipment and the family contract.

TVA orientations are scheduled on a individual basis during the school year and as a group in August for the beginning of the school year.
